Return & Refund Process :
- Your have 3 days to claim, starting form the day you received the product.
- Please do contact us thru whatsapp or email
State the problem occured, your name, address, and order number, together with the payment proof. Without these details, we cannot process your claim
- If need exchange products, please send back the item received to our warehouse. Once received, we will deliver new item. Same goes to claim refund, we will only do refund once we received the return item. We will bear the courier charge.
- Please allow us 2-3 working days to make the refund.
- Do not hesitate us if you still not received the refund after 3 working days.
